It was a night to remember at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium as the Elite Cricket League 2025 reached its grand finale. Floodlights gleamed, fans cheered, and the atmosphere was electric as Khaki Bullets took on the Cine Warriors (TCA) in a thrilling contest that combined cricketing skill, celebrity charm, and a meaningful cause.

The Khaki Bullets, representing the police force, batted first and set a competitive total of 156 runs in 19.2 overs. Loknath Naik led the charge with a brilliant 39 off 26 balls, while Anand CV contributed a quick 22 runs. Other key contributions came from Ram Anjaneya Prasad (18*) and Venu Gopal Reddy (10 off 5 balls), helping the team reach a defendable total. Their bowlers then delivered under pressure, with Sai Kumar and Narender S picking up crucial wickets to stifle the Cine Warriors’ chase.

The Cine Warriors struggled to keep up with the required run rate, finishing at 127 all out in 19.1 overs. Manish G top-scored with 32 runs, and Samba contributed 22 runs, but it wasn’t enough to chase down the target. Narender S and Viswajit Kampati’s disciplined bowling and timely wickets were instrumental in securing a 29-run victory for Khaki Bullets.
